Leonie discovered dressage at the age of 14 and has since worked with World Class trainers in the UK and Germany, developing both as a rider and coach. In 2015 Leonie opened Daneswood Dressage and began training Ashleigh and Bongo.
Gemma is a fully qualified and registered Veterinary Physiotherapist with a specific interest in equine exercise prescription and rehabilitation.
Mark graduated from Massey University in New Zealand in 1996. Mark obtained his membership of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists in Equine Medicine in 2004 before returning to the UK to join Three Counties Equine Hospital in 2005. His main interests are in lameness, surgery and stud medicine.
Master Saddler- Jo Beavis
Louise graduated from the University of Southampton in 2004 with an honours degree in Physiotherapy. Louise became the England women’s XVs physiotherapist in October 2013 and also works for the English Institute of Sport in a multi sport clinic and has experience with a variety of sports. In January 2015 Louise became an accredited JEMS practitioner and is currently working towards her silver ACPSEM accreditation.
Toby started his Farrier apprenticeship in 2002 under lead Team Gb farrier-Haydyn Price, gaining experience in shoeing performance horses and remedial work. Toby qualified with distinction in 2006 and then set up his own business.
Sue is a fully qualified Chartered Veterinary Physiotherapist with specialist training in behavioural problems.
Equine Dentist-Sam Oakes
Sam is fully qualified in Equine Dentistry level 2, DEFRA & RCVS Approved. Sam is a member of the BAEDTand has an empathetic approach as well as having state of the art equipment.
Jo has trained as a qualified saddler and saddle fitter since 1984 and is a Member of the Society of Master Saddlers. She spent eight years with Albion Saddle makers providing product and technical training to stockists, saddlers and saddle fitters before helping to found The National Saddle Centre. Jo has a lifelong interest in all things equine and has trained and ridden her own horses for competition. Jo is based in the Midlands and covers the South of England and the West Midlands
Strength and conditioning coach David Dysen
David is the General Manager for Urban Fitness, the gym based at Bournville College, having been in the fitness industry for 20 years. David has a BA with honours in Leisure management alongside YMCA Personal trainer, ETM L3 and Circuit training L3. David is also qualified to teach pilates and is also an NLP practitioner.
